TDMMO and JICA New Joint Project Approved

Following successful cooperation between Tehran Disaster Mitigation and Management Organization (TDMMO) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in implementation of joint projects in previous years, a new joint project entitled "Capacity Building for Earthquake Risk Reduction and Disaster Management in Tehran" has been defined and approved by both parts in order to be implemented in 2011.

Under this project, it is envisaged that Tehran emergency road network will be improved and Tehran Earthquake Museum will be constructed based on Japan precious knowledge in this regard.
